We think the government should allow children of Ukrainian refugees who have grown up in the UK to apply for settled status automatically.

Many children arrived in the UK at a young age, now attend local schools, and might see the UK as their only home. We think granting them settlement status could prevent disrupting their education and lives. We urge the Government to create a pathway to settled status for these children to secure their future in the UK.
