There are some individuals who may have allergies or may have sensitivities to coriander.

Some previous scientific research has suggested the genes OR10A6 and OR10A are partially responsible for a strong like or dislike of fresh coriander giving consumers the unfortunate flavour of "soap" from the herb.

Coriander is a common ingredient, yet not all consumers may be aware of its presence. I believe by making it bold, we can help ensure that those who need to avoid it can easily identify it.
