To make it a legal requirement for all healthcare facilities to be fully accessible for wheelchair users. We think all MRI facilities should have plastic wheelchairs available, staff should be trained to assist patients with mobility impairments and accessibility protocols should be reviewed.

We think there is a gap in accessible healthcare services. We think all healthcare environments should be fully accessible and equipped for patients with mobility impairments.

    Provision of disability equipment: share your experiences with an MP

    On Wednesday 11 March, Seamus Logan MP will lead a debate in Parliament on the provision of disability equipment. 

    He will focus mainly on the provision of wheelchairs and housing adaptations, but is interested in other forms of equipment too.
