We believe that legal aid is a vital part of the justice system which provides funding for legal representation to people who could not otherwise afford it.

We think that equality before the law no longer exists in contravention Article 6 (3)(c) of the ECHR. We want the government to reinstate legal aid.

We feel that the progressive erosion of legal aid has created a two-tiered justice system where only the wealthy can access justice.
