Rejected petition Taxes to pay for pet healthcare

Our pets are being neglected in their healthcare needs due to the ridiculous costs of vet treatment. I would like for our taxes to pay towards pet healthcase, as our taxes pay towards NHS treatment for humans.

As this involves taxes and financials, it would be the government who would be responsible for working out the logistics.
