Rejected petition Lower the cost of vet bills to reduce the amount of neglected pets

For the Government to look at an NHS like system to lower the costs for animals in need of treatment through vets. The monthly payments can be costly or non-existent with some vets.

To lower the costs for animals in need of treatment via vets. These costs can run into thousands if not more even for monthly installments. Aswell as this there would be less abandoned and non castrated pets about which would help the vets become less busy in time.
