the minimum wage is having a negative effect on the training over 21 due the costs involved,it is also reducing the employers that will employ vulnerable people, employers are reducing the working hours to compensate causing a higher benefit costs,at the same time also making the employees that are between 12.50 ans £15.00 feel undervalued even though the market conditions meaning their wages can’t increase, it has also taken the s/m business control and in some case driving the black market
