Hold a debate on the grooming culture of young girls that seems so rife across the UK.
The horrific detailed that are circulating in the national press need to be fully understood by the population and can only be properly investigated by a judge led public enquiry into the scandal since a number of public bodies seem to have been brought into disrepute including police forces.
