Rejected petition: Deal with the awful driving standards of food delivery drivers both mopeds/bikes

The driving standards are appalling for these class of drivers. I often drive a bus for 8 plus hours a day and I witness numerous rules being breached, jumping red lights, playing with their phones whilst driving, undertaking, exceeding speed limits and driving on the pavement.
This is going to result in a lot of road rage incidents and most importantly accidents and deaths. I feel that these drivers should be policed and targeted for the legal driving status, a check in their driving licences and increased training and regulation to make sure they reach a satisfactory standard of driving.
Why was this petition rejected?
There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
