Rejected petition Require Local Elections to be held until the English Devolution Bill becomes law

Certain councils are considering proposals to cancel the proposed May council elections.
Such a decision is considered to be undemocratic in not giving the general public, to whom the Councils are responsible, the oppprtunity to exercise their right to vote on current conical performance.
