We think local authorities should not be allowed to exclude XL bully owners with a certificate of exemption from Social Housing.
We think they should be required to remove No XL bullies clauses from Allocation policies

We think no one should:-
Be excluded from Social Housing because they own an exempt XL. Some Councils' policies say, no XLs in new tenancies.
Be told as homeless priority, to chose between a prospective home & euthanising their much loved pet.
Be threatened with eviction because they couldn't go through with euthanisation.
We think the current situation is torturous, unacceptable and needs to stop urgently. We believe it impacts on Human Rights & Animal Welfare
