Rejected petition: Allow Prisoners To Appeal Court Cases At A Different Court .

Rejected on

The UK government should allow prisoners to appeal their cases at different courts to tackle prejudice and unfair trials .

Everyone is entitled to fair trials without prejudice , although appeals only happen in the same courts which include the same people involved in initial trials and court hearings . To tackle this unfair judgement different courts should be optional to prisoners to help and really rehabilitate prisoners.
Not only lock them up and throw away the key.
This is reasonable as there is so much racism , prejudice & unfair treatment towards prisoners & this would be a great stop from the UK to it all.
