Iraq's parliament has amended its personal status law, granting religious courts authority over family matters. Critics warn this could permit child marriage, potentially allowing girls as young as nine to marry.

I believe the UK must not continue to trade with or invest in countries that fail to protect human rights. If child marriage is permitted in Iraq, cease UK-Iraq trade and investment immediately.
