Graham William Phillips is a so called "journalist" from Dundee but also lists Nottingham as his home town

At the beginning of the year Graham Phillips was arrested and released in Ukraine. He re-entered this summer & was again arrested and given a lengthy 3 year ban for “spying”. He decided it would be a good idea to illegally re-enter Ukraine to carry on his “reporting”.
He dresses in “rebel military uniform” and partakes in weapons training/live firing

He has interviewed and interrogated Ukrainian prisoners of war(including badly burnt) and subsequently publishing videos/photos of this contrary to the Geneva Convention CA3

I feel he is gone way outside the field of reporting and I believe he has broken the Geneva Convention
As well as inappropriate activities with a minor(17 years)
