This is a e- petition asking for legislation to be changed to allow up to date information on elderly abuse cases to be published in a timely manner by either the CQC or another responsible commissioning agency in Teesside, to help to prevent further safeguarding abuse cases from being repeated by the same care providers and to give service user the right to choose based on facts not assumptions .
