To consider using benefits to get a mortgage
This would help greatly with the housing problems
Some people can afford a mortgage on benefits but are unable to get one due to having to have a great credit report and a job earning 3 x more than the morgage or a guarantor
Most people do not have this but can easily afford a mortgage which is alot cheaper than private rentals
