At a time where the cost of living is at a high and more people are living pay check to pay check, a system like this would allow people to earn more without being punished through there hard working income. With personal debt and mental health on the rise as well as many more reasons why people are unable to satisfy there personal lives, bringing in this system would put more money in the nations pockets. This would also help businesses get staff to work extra hours as the staff would be more inclined to do the work
