Stop all knife sales that are not face to face.
Existing legislation on the sale of knives is insufficent, and is wildely disregarded.
All sales and collections should be made face to face, and be made in a licenced premises.

There are far too many knives, easily available to all. With age checks being ignored. There are far too people, old and young dying on our streets for the slightess of perceived insults.
