More details
This is our constitutional right and should be protected, in a truly democratic state. All existing laws that the public do NOT want we should be able to scrap and the government MUST make available a petition to call on a referendum on any current law, if it gains a majority it goes to an enforceable referendum which MUST be enacted upon. Any new laws MUST have a minimum of 6 months period were it can be overturned by a petition without a referendum. Majority vote wins, without exception.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, would you like this process to use the existing e-petition system or create something new? How would this relate to a referendum?
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
