Closed Explore sources of funding for a European Rare Earths Consortium.

We call on the Government to explore sources of funding among European allies to form a consortium who could bid to Ukraine for Rare Earth rights in return for increased defence funding to Ukraine.

As this has become an important topic, we think it is essential to Ukraine that they receive a fair deal for their resources. We think it is also essential to the future security of Europe that Ukraine and Europe creatively use the full extent of their resources to this end.
