Immediately (in 30 days) increase defence spending to 4% GDP for 2yrs. Then 3.5% GDP onwards.

Attempt to avoid giving money for arms to outside nations, but instead invest in the UK arms system.
Investment in expanding existing industry and creating new production sites in UK.
We think a level of dependence on outside factors has been established that should be removed from UK security institutions to reduce negative outcomes.
