Rejected petition REMOVE or INCREASE R-Plate speed limit.

Limiting R drivers to 45mph is infuriating to other drivers and motorists. It is also very dangerous on motorways as other drivers will have to slow down so the R drivers can safely fit into traffic. It is so so dangerous.
