Closed Require breath analysers to be put in all new cars

Require all car manufacturers to put breath analysers into all new cars sold in the UK, as a mandatory attachment so that the car won't start if the driver is over the drink drive limit.

We believe this can reduce the amount of drink drivers and accidents on the road. If a car crash happens, and the driver is drunk, both the driver and the passengers should be punished. We think this will steer passengers away from doing the breath analysis on behalf of a drunk driver.
