We want the Government to start a scheme that allows Palestinian people living in Gaza or the West Bank to obtain entry to the UK under sponsorship, independent of whether they have family in this country or not.

Palestinians are being bombed, there are reports of Palestinians being starved to death and the violence keeps escalating. Their hospitals, schools, homes and businesses have been destroyed and entire families killed. The Government rightfully offered the 'Homes for Ukraine' scheme for Ukrainians escaping the war. Considering the level of violence perpetrated in Palestine and the concerns about compliance with international law, we believe it is the responsibility of the Government to extend this opportunity to Palestinians.
