Rejected petition To require all organisations to provide gender-neutral toilets for transwomen.

Following April 25's Supreme Court ruling about the definition of a woman, and the government's subsequent response for transwomen to use toilets of their biological sex, we request that the government legislate the provision of gender neutral toilets for transwomen in all public spaces.

More details

To impose this increases anxiety, imposes societal control on a minority group, is akin to discrimination in its own right, causes.mental health issues and will potentially increase suicide rates. Additionally, it puts transwomen at even greater risk of danger from cis-men. Furthermore, what is the case for those tranwomen who have completed gender reassignment surgery and on the surface appear completely female.
