We want the Government to review and strengthen allergy training for all food industry staff, including front-of-house and kitchen roles, to ensure safe handling, clear communication, and better protection for allergy sufferers.

We want to make the UK safer for allergy sufferers. Over 2 million people in the UK have food allergies, and even tiny traces can trigger severe or life-threatening reactions. We believe that improving the training staff receive would raise awareness, reduce risks, and help prevent future tragedies.
