We urge the Government to create a website and mobile app to verify Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), to protect the rights and livelihoods of overseas workers and uphold the integrity of the UK’s migration system.

Many individuals from abroad are seeking job opportunities through the Skilled Worker Visa route. Unfortunately, this demand has given rise in exploitation of jobseekers by issuing invalid CoS documents, often for large sums of money. Victims of such scams may suffer financial loss, emotional distress, and in many cases, are left stranded without legal recourse or proper documentation.
