We call for mandatory workplace culture and wellbeing ratings to be established, similar to food hygiene ratings, and for each employer to publicly disclose them. We think that if we require food safety transparency, why not mental health?

Because we believe that the current system is broken and that some people are paying the price with their health, their futures, and their trust in the workplace.
We think there are no consistent standards for measuring how psychologically safe a company is. We feel review platforms can be either biased, manipulated, or ignored, and that harmful environments could be allowed to thrive behind closed doors, potentially unchecked and unchallenged.
