Rejected petition Bring about the re-establishment of a devolved English Parliament and Government

Re-establish a devolved English Government- with the same powers as the Parlamaid Na h-Alba or Northern Ireland Assembly. And of course to have a *non-regionalized* devolved English government in conjunction with the previously proposed legislature.

More details

there is currently a massive gaping hole in the combined British constitution which has left England as a constituent country out to dry...
Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all in control of devolved governments that allow for them to rule on "Non-Reserved" matters outside of the HOC or HOL. there is no good reason why England shall not be afforded the same courtesy as its fellow constituent country's in the wider union.
