Ban the use of dynamic ticket pricing for concerts and live events. Cap price increases above a fixed face value and require transparent pricing before checkout. Introduce these protections to help keep events affordable for fans.

Dynamic pricing inflates ticket costs based on demand, which we think can price out genuine fans. We think it lacks transparency, feels exploitative, and turns live events into luxuries. We think the Government must ban this practice to ensure fair, affordable access for all.
