We want the government to protect letting agents against dangerous tenants and give them full access to tenants' criminal histories, including beyond just convictions, so they can decide whether to accept them.

I feel that letting agents are at risk because they are not entitled to receive this information on potentially dangerous tenants. I am worried they cannot protect staff/other tenants if in shared accommodation.
