Rejected petition: Make it mandatory for companies to publish their maternity leave policy publicly
Rejected on
Make it mandatory for all companies to post their maternity leave publicly.
It is on the applicant to ask about maternity policies which can bias the interviewer against them. Making it a legal requirement would mean woman could make informed choices about employers without being negatively impacted.
