Government has allowed phone service providers an annual price rise
adjustment on customers’ monthly subscription charge by no more than the RPI or CPI +3.9%, only once every 12 months.

Phone contract is a 2-way contract. If the government thinks service providers can change the monthly charge, the subscribers should also have the right to exit the contract without penalty
