I would like the Government to ban all Nitrate and Nitrite chemicals in all meat products and to require meat producers to dry cure meats only prior to sale.
Research has shown potential links between cancer and nitrates/nitrites used in meat production. I’d like to see the government taking strong action towards producers of meat requiring them to adopt dry curing methods for curing meats rather than using chemicals.
