We would like the Government to ban local councils from requiring work permits for under 16s for any job, for those already eligible to work. We think this would help more under 16s get a job

We don’t think you should need a permit to be able to get a good job between the ages of 13 and 16. We think under 16s should be considered for jobs on their personality and obvious determination for work rather than if they have a permit or not.
