Update Rule 243 of the Highway Code to forbid parking or stopping on private driveways. The rule currently pinpoints 12 places not to stop or park, but absent from the list is parking on someone else’s driveway.

We think it is unfair to any property owners to have to take measures to prevent others from trespassing and parking vehicles on their driveways that they have not permitted. We want this to be covered in the Highway Code Rule 243.
