We want the Government Banking Service that supports the NHS to stop working with banks that provide finance to fossil fuel companies.
We want to prevent ill health caused by fossil fuel combustion.
We want an NHS focused on preventative healthcare from bank account to bedside.

Fossil fuel use causes climate change with more extreme weather events, loss of biodiversity, acidification of our oceans and pollution of air, soil and water.
These destabilise our ecosystems, reduce our food security, and could increase the risk of civil unrest and increase the risk of infectious disease outbreaks.
Fossil fuels pollute the air which can cause heart and lung problems that shorten life expectancy.
We think that Government Banking cannot continue to use banks that finance fossil fuels that make our communities sick.
