Rejected petition fund wheelie bins/rubbish bins to people who don't have them

I want the government to fund wheelie bins to stop pollution in cities because I think the world is at very big risk because of single use plastic pollution

it will help the world in the way that pollution will decrease but I'm not saying its going to stop completely but I think it will change a bit because it is a very big problem that has to do with london pollution
