Petition Laws to protect us from Brain Hacking through smart phones and setlittle

I am asking for government to introduce new laws to prtotect people from Brain Hacking through Setlittle,Radio frequency ,smart phone ,wifi and microwaves frequencies.There are million of people in UK including childern and women who uses smart phone and devices.They are at serious risk of being hacked without their knowledge due to this advance technology which can be used by government agnencies and some research groups.It is possible to attach someone brain waves frequencey(or to individual electric and magnetic field) and then start hacking his brain,his private life and even see his dreams and modify them.There was a very famous case against NASA by a civialin in USA who sued them against this technology and won it.I personally beomce a victim of this socalled technology while working for an NHS Trust in Bolton.When I tried to report this to Police,Health and Safety, NHS Fruad, Action Fraud ect nobody bother to look at it.Police complain pending waiting for action.
