EHCPs are not just paperwork they are a lifeline For over 560,000 children. Evidence shows that EHCPs work when they are delivered properly and work for everyone in the classroom.
Without EHCPs, there would be no legal guarantee that specialist support will be provided. It’s not EHCPs that are the problem - it’s the system.
