In the UK there are no real boundaries for buyers and sellers after they agree a purchase of a property. Gazumping is happening far too often, leaving very stressful situations. Please input urgently fair rules that people can/ have to abide to
Gazumping is happening too often and it has to be delt with in the uk. It can leave people homeless, with young families too. a simple set of rules that all have to bide by needs to be acted upon. Some people are very greedy and take advantage deliberately leaving some either getting into more debt, or homeless.
Why was this petition rejected?
