Rejected petition: Change the criteria for NHS funded IVF cycles so that they are the same
Rejected on
Ensure equal access to NHS-funded IVF treatment across England by standardising the eligibility criteria.
Currently, access varies significantly depending on where you live – a 'postcode lottery' that unfairly affects people’s chances of starting a family. All individuals should have the same rights and opportunities to access IVF, regardless of their geographic location.
