Rejected petition Paid menstrual leave for endometriosis and adenomyosis

Follow in both Spain and Portugals footsteps by giving women an extra 3 day full paid sick leave every month when they are diagnosed with either endometriosis or adenomyosis

Endometriosis and adenomyosis are know to cause severe and debilitating symptoms and pain which largely impact daily life and for many women are constant. They are more than just a bad period, And during a period the pain and other symptoms can increase ato the point of being bed bound, hospital visits, fainting and migranes to name just a few symptoms.

We should give these women additional sick leave so when the symptoms are at their worse they can rest and not worry about missing work.
