Make it a legal requirement for all UK companies to clearly display a “Contact Us” section with a working UK telephone number and email address on both their website and mobile app, so customers can easily get support from a real person when needed.

We feel many companies make it hard to contact them, hiding contact details behind bots or buried menus. This can leave people - especially the elderly, disabled, or those less tech-savvy - frustrated and unsupported when things go wrong. Everyone deserves access to real help. We think clear contact info can help build trust, fairness, and accountability.
