We urge the Government to pass a law which bans reselling practical driving tests and makes this practice illegal. We believe the lack of availability for booking a driving test in the UK is because people are openly booking and reselling practical tests.

We believe people who are found guilty of reselling practical driving tests should be prosecuted. We feel it is unfair for pupils to have to resort to paying extortionate amounts to sit a practical driving test. We believe this is a public service and needs to be available to everyone in a fair manner and not exploited.
