Rejected petition Change the law so dog owners face justice when their dog kills a pet cat.

I would like for the government to change the law so that cats have the same legal status as dogs and livestock when fatally injured by somebody else's dog.

As the law stands right now, I feel there is an imbalance of justice when someone's dog mauls another pet owner's cat.

I think this is an injustice to all cat owners.
