Reduce time of life worked for example working Monday-Thursday or other 4 day working week/reduce pension age to 50 so people have life to enjoy not to suffer working until around 70 years old

Life is for living not over working. A lot of people do not even live to current retirement age and this needs to change. The government tax a huge amount from workers to fund things that do not even benefit the worker like the royal family and welfare for people that refuse to work at all, this also needs to change.
