Closed petition: Make it illegal to have a bonfire until after 7pm

I want the government to restrict the time it is legal to have a bonfire to after 7pm.
Some people have bonfires during the afternoon and in this heat, I think it's ridiculous, especially for people with breathing problems.
Please change this.
