We feel many people diagnosed with an underactive or overactive thyroid don’t seem to get the best advice from GPs. They can be given medications to start, then asked to repeat bloods.
This is an issue affecting many individuals.
We believe there’s not enough awareness of the symptoms or support once diagnosed, just blood testing.
We want Government to provide funding for NHS thyroid clinics
