Rejected petition: Bring back the right to buy discount to what it was this is very unfair.

I would like parliament to look into the fact that some of us didn't even know there was a deadline,and this is very much unfair to change the amount of discount to what it was before.
So that everyone who has a council property gets a fair chance of the old discount amount,most people was not aware and was not ready for the deadline.
